Jasmine Burroughs, MS, RD, LDN
Clinical Research Coordinator
Jasmine is a Registered Dietitian and Clinical Research Coordinator for the Duke Digital Health Science Center. Since graduating from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in biology, she has been working in the field of behavioral research at Duke. Her desire to improve health outcomes in underserved populations led her back to school to earn a master’s degree in dietetics from North Carolina Central University. Currently, she uses her expertise in research and nutrition to inform the studies she coordinates for the Center.
Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys being active outdoors. On a typical day you may find her running, hiking, gardening, or playing at the park with her son. She is also active in her community and participates in many of Durham’s community-based events promoting health and nutrition.
